Boško Buha Theatre Welcomes Divac Scholarship Recipients

As part of the celebration of its 75th anniversary season, Boško Buha Theatre distributed free tickets for theater performances to a large number of primary and secondary school students, including scholarship recipients of the Ana and Vlade Divac Foundation.

Thanks to an already well-established and successful collaboration between the Foundation and the theatre, the management decided—under the message that "our youngest are the future of the theatre"—to offer complimentary tickets to Divac scholarship recipients for the performance of Pygmalion, which played on Sunday, 25 May.

"I am grateful for the tickets for Pygmalion. I attended the play with my mother because she had never been to the theatre before. The performance was wonderful, and we truly enjoyed it," said Divac scholarship recipient Stefan Crnomarković from Barič, a student at the First Belgrade Gymnasium.

Boško Buha Theatre was one of the first cultural institutions to join the promotion of philanthropy by organizing an event last November to prepare and donate food for the most vulnerable. With this gesture, they continued that tradition, including top-performing students from socially disadvantaged families in the celebration of their anniversary.

The Divac team congratulates Boško Buha Theatre on this important milestone, wishing them many more years of success in promoting culture and philanthropy.
